A New Winter Chapter for Kolašin Valleys

As winter approaches, Kolašin Valleys is preparing for another active period while continuing to develop as one of Montenegro’s major mountain projects.
Today, Kolašin Valleys brings together two resort areas located at elevations of 1450 and 1600 metres. The masterplan includes 23 premium hotel and branded residential buildings, as well as 73 private chalets. Some residences are already completed and ready for use, while others are progressing through different stages of construction, gradually shaping the resort as a single integrated destination.
The first hotel to open at Kolašin Valleys was Swissôtel Resort Kolašin. Its opening marked an important milestone in the development of the project and became one of the first tangible examples of the service standards and mountain lifestyle being created across the resort.
Winter is when the concept of Kolašin Valleys becomes especially clear. Residences and infrastructure are integrated into the mountain landscape, while 1600 Village is planned to offer direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes and lifts. At the same time, the project has been conceived from the outset as a year-round destination, bringing together real estate, hospitality infrastructure and services within one masterplan.
For future property owners, winter offers an opportunity to experience Kolašin Valleys not only as a concept or investment proposition, but as a resort taking shape in real time. It allows visitors to understand the location of the buildings, the surrounding landscape, access to the slopes, and how the different parts of the project come together as one destination.
We continue to work on the next stages of Kolašin Valleys and would be pleased to introduce prospective owners to the project in person, present the residences currently available, and help identify options aligned with individual investment goals.
As winter returns to Kolašin Valleys, a new chapter in the project’s development continues to take shape.
